Since you are at our website, you have most likely seen us and “your sign” out on the highways and in the small towns throughout the USA. Luke 14:23 We embarked on a unique faith-based journey, while towing a message. We’re looking for people who have recently asked "God are you real, send me a sign," aka Sign Seekers. Our mission is simple yet profound: to connect with the individuals seeking signs from God along the way to their destined time to meet the Savior – Jesus Christ. This journey is not just about the miles we cover; it’s about the stories we share, the people we meet, and the inspiration we find in the beautiful tapestry of life’s adventures. Our 5 year mission is to drive the USA while seeking people who are seeking a sign from Christ. We all know someone who is asking "Jesus, just give me a sign.” Well, God has called us to be exactly that. Jonah's Call travels the country with a mobile banner pulled behind our motorcycle, hoping to be the sign that Sign Seekers are looking for. Every ride - every quest - holds the promise of discovery. Whether it’s a breathtaking view that stops us in our tracks or a meaningful interaction with a stranger that kindles their faith, we believe Jonah’s Call sign is a strategically-placed ministry of the Holy Spirit. Wandering in the wilderness
I wanted to share with you a snapshot of how it took nearly 40 years to reach this point.
In late November 1987, in a red neck bar, in Madison, Ohio, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior. It was a deeply personal moment—no preacher or signs, just a direct connection. This brought a radical change to my life; I sobered up and felt a profound weight lifted from my heart. The guilt of being the first divorcee in our bloodline left me. I began pursuing my faith with fervor, moving beyond the version of pew-warming faith that I knew as a child to a truly personal relationship with the living Christ.
During that time, I developed what I call a vehicle-signage vision. I planned to decal my '66 SS Chevelle and park it where people gathered to cruise. Despite having a limited reading level at the time, I immersed myself in the gospel through preaching, teaching in jail ministries, and any other way I could listen and learn. until I choose a path that seem right. Proverbs 14:12
Like Jonah
And yet, over the years, like Jonah, I found excuses not to share my faith. Like Jonah, I have been given a death sentence. His was in the belly of a whale; mine is an unfixable heart condition, which likely limits my years on earth. Yet, I hope to have enough time to fulfill this call. Recently, I realized it was time to return to my original vision – providing signs for people who are searching.
The time is now! Metaphorically and symbolically, I feel like Jonah. I have some medical issues and, according to the America college of cardiologist., my cardiac calcium score suggests a limited timeline of about five years. I am grateful for this information, as it gives me a clear window to fulfill the work that I choose to set aside 34years ago. This is why I have chosen the name "Jonah's Call." Like Jonah, I previously chose not to follow my path, but now I am dedicated to making these next years count. Like Jonah, I face death and, like Jonah, I feel led to bring the sign to modern-day Nineveh. Our simple goal is to reach sign seekers for Christ, not debate theology
HOW?
At Jonah’s Call, we have embarked on a targeted transformative quest across the USA, driven by faith and the desire for strategic, divine encounters. Our mission is simple - to connect "the Sign Seekers" to the personal connection with Jesus they sought out. We are just a tool to lead you to respond to the Holy Spirit’s voice. Isaial 6:8
HOW did we find you? We go where the Spirit leads us. A system of numeric coordinates inspired by the Holy Spirit (by Act 1:23.) gives us the precise latitude and longitude coordinates for each quest. That’s how the Holy Spirit found you where you were! Luke 15:4-7.
Our 2026 quest begins at a laundry in rural Camden, Ohio, embarking westward toward northern California (aka Nineveh to me). Starting there, we head south for six weeks, then east on RT66 stopping at the remaining 12 base camps ending in Chicago (Nineveh 2). Our estimate is that we will travel approximately 31,000 miles per year. From our base camps, we travel up to 100 miles in the destiny direction - wherever the coordinates takes us. It could be dilapidated ghetto gang- controlled inner-city streets, majestic mountain top views or desolate eerie mysterious county roads. Jonah’s Call must go onward to fulfill these divine appointments.
Now that you have seen our sign, the decision is up to you. No more excuses. You cannot cross the line of eternity and use the excuse that you never saw a sign. You can still gamble and believe this world is a random correlation of events over millions of years or believe this sign was there because God sought you out, because you’re important to him. You've been given your free will to choose wisely. From this moment, you can’t enter eternity and say … “but God, I never got a tangible sign.”
